Put the certification in the header
PMP or Scrum Master are hard filters on many postings. If you hold one, it belongs at the top, not buried at the end of the document.
Include a project that went wrong and how you recovered it
It is the signature interview question. Anticipating it in the resume with one concrete line sets you apart from candidates listing only flawless wins.
Translate the sector, not just the role
Managing construction projects is not managing software projects. Use the terminology of the sector you are applying to so the ATS classifies you correctly.

How do I show leadership if nobody reported to me formally?
Specify that it was functional or matrix leadership and state the size of the team you coordinated. It is a common situation and companies understand it perfectly when you explain it.
Should I list every project I have worked on?
No. Pick three or four representative ones by size and sector, with their numbers. A long list without data dilutes the impact and overwhelms the recruiter.
